Ingredients
- 2 Lime, halved
- 20 Mint leaves
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 65ml Mount Gay Black Barrel rum
- Ice to taste
- San Pellegrino sparkling water
- Mint for garnish
Method
Place the limes, mint and sugar in a glass and crush them to bring the flavours together and release the lime juice.
Add the ice and rum.
Add sparkling water to taste and stir well.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
