Ingredients
- 2 slices brown bread
- 1 Hard-boiled egg
- 50 g smoked salmon
- 40 g Low-fat cream cheese
- 1 Radish
- Some daikon microgreen sprouts
Method
Start by spreading the cream cheese on one of the slices of bread, and then adding the smoked salmon. Finely slice the radish and place onto the salmon. Slice the hard-boiled egg, and arrange on top, before sprinkling on some daikon microgreen spouts. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread. Bom Apetite!
