Chocolate Mousse with Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 180ml Milk
  • 100g Dark chocolate bar
  • 500ml Greek yoghurt
  • Honey to taste (1 tablespoon is recommended)
  • Vanilla extract to taste

Method

Place the milk and the chocolate, cut into small chunks, in a pan. Heat and let the chocolate melt in the hot milk. Without allowing it to boil, when the milk and chocolate are combined, add the honey and vanilla extract, mix and remove from the heat. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and pour in chocolate milk mixture, mixing well. Transfer to individual bowls and leave to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.

Tip:
For a more bitter mousse, use chocolate with 60+% cocoa.
