Ingredients
- 45ml Japanese whisky
- 90ml sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Method
Place some ice cubes in a highball glass. Slowly stir with a cocktail spoon for 30 sec. to chill the glass. Pour out any melted water and add the whisky. Gently stir it clockwise 13 and a half times. Add more ice to the glass and top with sparkling water. Stir three and half more times to complete the cocktail.Optional garnish of lemon slice and mint leaves.
