Ingredients
- 45ml Japanese whisky
- 90ml sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Method
Place some ice cubes in a highball glass. Slowly stir with a cocktail spoon for 30 sec. to chill the glass. Pour out any melted water and add the whisky. Gently stir it clockwise 13 and a half times. Add more ice to the glass and top with sparkling water. Stir three and half more times to complete the cocktail.
Optional garnish of lemon slice and mint leaves.
