  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 10 Potatoes, medium
  • Salt, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, to taste

Method

Chop an onion and place in the bottom of a baking tray. Season one side of the fish with salt and lemon juice and place face up on top of the onion pieces.

Season the other side and set aside.Slice the onions and garlic and chop the pepper into strips. Sauté them in olive oil, with the bay leaf, stirring often. Pour the sauteed ingredients over the fish.

Peel and slice the potatoes. Arrange the slices around the fish and season with salt, garlic powder and paprika.

Drizzle over with plenty of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 mins, until the potatoes are cooked.
