Empty CartOven-baked tiger prawns

Ingredients
- 500g tiger Prawn
- 4 lemons
- 5 garlic cloves
- Bay leaves
- Margarine
- Black pepper | Chilli pepper
- 'Flor de sal’ gourmet salt
- Olive oil to taste
- Parsley
Method
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Drizzle some olive oil into a glass baking dish, add some bay leaves and arrange the prawns on top.
Chop the garlic and parsley and add to the lemon juice with a dash of olive oil.
Brush the prawns with the garlic-lemon marinade before sprinkling with salt, pepper or chilli pepper and little margarine.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cooked through.
