Empty CartRoast pork loin

Ingredients
- 1 pork loin
- Olive Oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 glass of white wine
- Salt
- Black pepper
Method
Place the loin in a dish and season with garlic, olive oil, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Leave the loin to marinate for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.Brown the loin in a hot frying pan.
Place the pork loin with the marinade on a roasting tin and cover it with foil. Roast for 1 hour at 200º C. Remove the foil and roast for another 30 minutes.
To finish, slice and serve.
