Ingredients
- 45ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth (Rosso)
- 30ml Campari
- Ice cubes
Method
Place the ice in a mixing glass and pour in the bourbon, the vermouth and the Campari. Gently stir with a spoon (preferably a muddling spoon). Serve in a glass with ice and decorated with a twist of orange peel.
Tips:
So as not to change the flavour, avoid mixing in a shaker.
