Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lemon
- Sesame seeds
- Bread
- 2 Eggs
- Vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Method
Slice the bread and toast the slices.
Poach the eggs in boiling water seasoned with a tablespoon of salt and two tablespoons of vinegar. Once the whites have coagulated, carefully remove them.
Mash the avocado and place on the toasted bread slices, drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place the poached eggs on top and season with pepper to taste.
