Delicious rolls of mortadella

Start by coarsely chopping the pistachios and hazelnuts.
Cut the Levoni Mortadella into strips of approx. 4cm.

In a bowl, with a spoon, gently stir the cheese so that it becomes creamier. Optionally, you can sprinkle some pistachios and hazelnuts to make the cream more inviting.

Spread each slice with the cream, until they are filled. Gently roll them so that the filling does not come out of the sides.
Finally, sprinkle the top of the rolls with the pistachios and hazelnuts.

Pairing:The classic pairing of mortadella with sparkling wines and Champagne never disappoints. For more daring combinations, try a dry, light and slightly fruity white wine to accompany and highlight the flavour of the mortadella.
