Empty CartSpinach balls

Ingredients
- 300g Spinach
- 100g Day-old bread
- 1 Cup grated parmesan cheese
- Chives to taste
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the spinach leaves in a bowl and pour boiling water over.
Place the bread in a food processor.
Add the grated parmesan cheese.
Add some coarsely chopped chives.
Season with salt and pepper and zap until it turns into a coarse-crumbed sand.
When the spinach leaves are tender, drain and squeeze to remove excess water.
Finely chop the spinach.
Add the egg and butter and whisk.
Add the spinach and stir in.
Add the bread and cheese mixture and stir to mix well.
Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
